Great game with serious issues

I like this game and it becomes quite addictive, but Playrix seems to have some trouble with their games. Every few months, for no apparent reason, they get corrupted and will not open. It is then necessary to redownload the game and hope that the progress one has already made in the game will still be there. So today, the first problem...I received this message when trying to open Township:

“Township” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Township” and download it again from the App Store.

The second problem is that Township will not download from the App Store! I click on “Update” (which is the only option available), and the cursor just spins…forever. No download ever begins. Of course, it is next to impossible to get any help from Support. Very, very frustrating! It may force me to find something other than a Playrix game...
