Been few times there’s always problems…getting real annoying

i won’t let me play the game after i updated the game i shouldn’t of update it i knew it had a feeling something would of went wrong how do i get my game back

I did as told and downloaded update. Now program will not load as it asks me to keep downloading update despite being complete.

Fix your game or im gone!!

Whether deleting game over night had anything to do with it…either way…thanks for fixing …great game and addictive :)

The new update severly restricts the area of view, making it possible to only see small areas of the township at one time. Will certainly play much less often now.

After the problems with versions 2.3 and 2.4, I lost approximately 400 township dollars which I had hoarded over months of play. Contacted customer support for help with this but never addressed the problem. Great game but be very careful about purchasing dollars as they can go missing if unused.

I really dislike the restricted view that came with the new update! Please make the further view available again!

I’d like to zoom out and most of all, I would prefer to pay the game enterely and not to have to buy pieces by pieces everytime! I’m not a bank. I love the game but it pissing me of.

Not surprising, the design is focused on getting you to pay, and pay, and pay. What ever happend to paying for a game once, so you know how much you are willing to spend. If you decide you like this game, over time it could cost you a fortune. But this is nothing new. It is the way all the games have gone. Game is interesting if you are very very patient… waiting for trains and planes.

This is a great game to play, but I find the ‘bundles of cash or coins’ are so tiny for the price they are asking. The amount of money you get hardly pays for even a decoration…so you end up spending more money than you want (if you even bother), to try and get anything. I think they really need to be more fair…especially if as you go up in player status, the factories, and other items become more and more costly, both to buy in the first place, and then to finish the build. Maybe Playrix should check out other games and realize that it only benefits the players and them, if they are more realistic with the top-in purchases. Oh..and that Merchant, is great….but again, he’s only there for the first day, then you have to pay for him to stay on…

***Awesome game, I’m addicted, but in the next update it would be nice to see a “storage” for more than just decorations, so if one wants to rearrange thier town completely, they dont have to try to move one thing as a time!***

The latest release keeps crashing on me. Every time one of the characters comes out from the left hand side of the screen to tell me something the game hangs and I have to force quit. I do run the game on an older Mac, but it had mostly run fine up to this release.

It won’t load…. How can I get the game to start? Thank you!

This is the best game that I have ever played. It has keep me on the edge of chair all winter. Keep up the good work. Bob

Love this game. But have had on going problems after installing updates. I get a message saying the app is damaged and must be reinstalled. Before I can reinstall the replacement app I have to delete the old app which contains close to 5000 files. This takes forever. Please fix this problem.

A really good game. May seem kiddish at first but after a while you’ll realise that it’s quite difficult (relatively). Also, my city is called Elysium. Send a request and I’ll probably accept. :D
